NANDA KISHORA DASA (adhikari) is the Sevaite Temple President of Govindaji Gardens and the Manager of the ashram goshalla. His attraction to Krishna consciousness came as a result of reading the books of Srila Prabhupada and he has since become an excellent preacher of the Sankirtan Movement in Karnataka.

 

PURNAMASI DEVI (the wife of Nanda Kishora dasa) is the mother of three children and the head of the ashram kitchen and prasadam-seva. She is an excellent cook, especially of South Indian cuisine and she is meticulous in seeing that the Deity of Sri Sri Radha Madhava is offered a variety of tasty preparations everyday.

ANURADHA DASI (15 yrs, the daughter of Nanda Kishora) is the assistant head cook of the ashram and she is also engaged in the decoration and dressing of the Deity on special occasions. She is very good in Sanskrit-mantras, kirtan, and playing the mrdanga. Her service to Krishna is an inspiration to everyone who knows her or even meets her once.

KESHAVA DASA (12 yrs, the oldest son of Nanda Kishora) is expert in Sanskrit-mantras and Deity worship. He has been in the ashram since he was six years old. He sings kirtan beautifully and loves maha-prasadam. He is also in charge of Studio Two, a local division of DevaVision video productions. He is very good with computers and he is loved by all the devotees.

SATYARAJA DASA (9 yrs, the youngest son of Nanda Kishora) is a natural born preacher. He is completely intolerant of the many cheating God-men gurus of India and he is fearless in speaking the real truth about who is God and what are the qualities of God. He is also the head pujari in the Pushpa-samadhi of Srila Prabhupada and dresses the small Deity of Sri Sri Radha Govinda.

 

VAMANADEV DASA (adhikari) is an excellent bhajan singer and temple sevaite. He serves Krishna with heart and soul but continues at present with his career as a Veterinarian Doctor for the Government of Karnataka. In his spare time he is fond of traveling with the sannyasis and visiting holy places. He is a good preacher and he has influenced many local people to chant Hare Krishna and to worship Lord Krishna.

PREMA MANJARI DASI (the wife of Vamanadev Dasa) is the mother of two sons (Kunjabihari dasa & Kirtanananda dasa) both of which are in training to become preachers and sannyasis at the ashram in the future. During the main festivals she assists in the kitchen department and flower decorations for the Deity.

KUNJABIHARI DASA (16 yrs, the oldest son of Vamanadev dasa) is the leading brahmacari in the boys ashram. He is very good at mrdanga, kirtan, puja, mantras, and especially with computers. He is also in charge of Studio One, a training division of DevaVision video productions.

KIRTANANANDA DASA (15 yrs, the youngest son of Vamanadev dasa) is the head pujari for the temple of Lord Narasimha Deva. He is expert in Deity decoration and puja-mantras. His good qualities of tolerance and peacefulness make him a very good brahmacari. He is also in the Studio One training program.

GOVARDHAN DASA joined the ashram when he was 14 years old (he is the brother of Madhava Maharaja). He is a very good kirtan leader, cook, and has a humble, enthusiastic service attitude. He is also the main editor for the DevaVision video production program.

KRISHNA PRIYA DASI (the wife of Govardhan dasa) is a very bright Vaishnavi who loves to serve Krishna with heart and soul. She is a very good cook and also a good preacher and example for other young girls her age.

SHYAMAKUNDA BABA (8 yrs) decided to join the ashram even though his parents and younger brother were not fulltime devotees. He loves kirtan and prasadam. From his first day in the ashram in 2002 he began chanting 16 rounds. He is also a pujari's assistant.

 

VRAJA KISHORA DASA (15 yrs, the son of Jayadeva Goswami dasa and Lilasmarana Mataji) is a young brahmacari with an ideal service attitude. He helps to keep Govindaji Gardens green and he also has a natural attraction for worshipping Sri Sri Radha and Krishna.

GAURA GOPAL DASA (15 yrs, the son of Jagadishwar Prabhu and Dhiralalita Mataji) is a determined brahmacari with his eyes on sannyasa for the future. He is very enthusiastic in all types of kitchen and pujari service. He is also a good kirtan leader, the head of the ashram daily Sanskrit class and a natural with video editing.

HARINAMA DASA is the oldest brahmacari in the ashram. He joined in 1991 and received his name due to his chanting many more than the required rounds everyday. He is also a book distributor and an assistant in the gardens.

GAURA NATARAJA DASA was the first devotee to join the ashram from the local village, Ganjam. He is an assistant manager and a cook and sevaite in Krishna's new kitchen and prasadam hall. He is very peaceful and his nature is very much appreciated by the devotees.
