Gandaki
The Kali Gandaki River is situated in Nepal and is in the deepest river valley gorge in the world. The Varaha Purana calls this place ‘Mukti-ksetra’ and explains that this is the home of Lord Visnu in His unique form as Salagrama-sila.

Gandaki is considered to be a form of Vrnda-devi, the intimate associate of Sri Sri Radha-Govinda who descended to earth in order to serve the Lord in His Salagrama-sila manifestation.
